Rate: $150 per 50-minute session

Services may be covered in full or part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.  Please call and check your insurance benefits before you make your appointment.

While I am not in network with all insurance plans, I can provide you with a Superbill, which you can submit for reimbursement.

I am in network with Cigna, BC/BS of Georgia, BC/BS of Massachusetts, Aetna, United Healthcare, Oscar Health, and Oxford.

Payment:
Cash and all major insurance credit cards are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not notify me 24 hours in advance, you may be required to pay $75 to cover the cost of the missed appointment.
