Navigating relationship transitions with clarity and intention. Steady, structured support for adults who want to move forward thoughtfully, not by default.
I'm Rashonda Clay-Douthit, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate life's transitions. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Tech and my Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, and I'm licensed to practice in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, and Maryland.
I believe every relationship deserves intentional care, whether you're preparing for marriage, strengthening your connection, or navigating an amicable separation. My goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate space where you can move forward with confidence and clarity.
Outside of my practice, I enjoy camping, spending time outdoors, and making memories with my family.
I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey toward a healthier, more fulfilling future.
My work is grounded in experience, emotional intelligence, and respect for complexity. I do not offer quick fixes or crisis-driven therapy. Instead, I provide a steady, thoughtful space for adults to examine patterns, clarify values, and make decisions that align with who they are and how they want to live.
